Bar & Kitchen Review : Tree Tops – Hidden Gem at Lavelle Road, Bangalore | India
On the posh Lavelle road in the central Bangalore , I recently visited a hidden culinary gem named Tree Tops. An alfresco roof top bar and Kitchen restaurant with a great view of greener , fresher and real Bangalore , this could easily be your romantic destination with your loved one today. The perfect Bangalore weather , chilly yet pleasant , makes this place even more romantically desirable.
On the culinary aspect , Chef Seethapathy is at the helm of affairs , with some innovative dishes up in his sleeves, that will enhance the entire experience here. The lip smacking Southern Fried Chicken Fingers , mouth watering Grilled Butterfly Prawns , the spicy masala laden Jhinga Kadai Masala and straight from Punjab , Paneer Amritsari were our perfect starters. Though I was nearly full after having these starters , my friends were still longing for more , and therefore we ordered few mains like the Chicken in Hot Garlic Sauce and Penne Chicken Arrabiata Pasta from their continental and pan asian options. Finally we ended our sojourn with sweet endings, Sticky Toffee Pudding , Apple Pie and Brownie , all served with scoop with ice creams.
Though the bar has some interesting cocktails drinks , I opted for my single malts to pep up my visit while my friends chose the classics like whiskey sour and Old Fashioned.
I would recommend this place for all who love great alfresco dining experience in the midst of Bangalore
