Restaurant Review : Best of Mexican food at SANCHEZ , Bangalore | India
For me ,the Mexican cuisine is one of the most varied with a blend of local and Spanish influences. One of the most popular food worldwide ,it was on the UNESCO ‘Intangible cultural heritage’ list in 2010. Most of the Mexican recipes have corn and bean as prime ingredients, used to prepare tamales, tortillas or gorditas.
Under the aegis of Chef Vikas Seth , the super chef , cookery show host and culinary director at Embassy group , Sanchez at UB city, offers one of the best Mexican gastronomical experience in Bangalore.Â
Earlier this year, Vikas had visited Mexico as part of his culinary pursuit. As a big proponent of this cuisine ,he has attended the Mexican Boot camp at the Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio, Texas.
