Patios – Progressive Vegetarian Kitchen
Vegetarianism is the becoming a cult in many parts of the world as there is growing concern about health and climate. According to a report by “One Green Planet and Forbes” , 26% of Millennials are vegetarian. Several other global trends clearly indicate that Plant based diet has become holistic lifestyle for many and more than 2/3 of population has reduced their meat intake in last few years.

Their latest venture, Patio, known for serving progressive vegetarian cuisine, has become a one of the benchmarks in city’s vegetarian food scene. It offer affluent dining experience in a premium setting with menu that never fails to amaze.
Widely acclaimed for his progressive culinary prowess, Chef Sombir, has designed the entire menu, giving the dishes contemporary and progressive interpretations, keeping global and Indian favourites in mind. From the Asian Laksa to Gujrati inspired Dhokla Salad, the fusion snacks of Green Pea hummus & Khara crisp to Smoked cheese & Scallion Padu, Sushis & Dimsums to their Dilli and north Indian inspired mains, and delectable Ghevar , a festive dessert from my home state Rajasthan, the entire fare is stupendously awesome even for a hard core meat lover like me.
Highly recommended as this place has redefined the art of vegetarian dining in Bangalore.
Forget to mention earlier, true to its name, Patio also has alfresco seating, with high roof and enchanting chandeliers , making it perfect for intimate dining experience in the evening.Â
