Ever dreamt of enjoying a sumptuous Indian buffet fine dine style in Bangalore ? Well I did and had an opportunity of dining too. Located at sarjapur road, Masala Mandi has a mesmerising decor. A restaurant setting that reminds me of heritage of the princely states.

Once you enter , you are greeted and escorted to the dining area where the starters and grills are served on the table with a live grill. Their numerous vegetarian and meat options, the starters and grills are just good to have and nothing to boast about. The chat lovers would love their offerings, inspired by purani dilli wali chat.

However I was extremely delighted to try their array of dishes from the main course. The homely alu Gobhi Adraki , my favourite Lehsuni Dal Tadka , the Amabarsari Kadi Pakoda, the popular Dal Makhni , Murgh Kundan Kaliyan , among others made my day. Some of their desserts that we tried were quite good too. Overall, this a great place for buffet lovers who love dishes from the north India and Delhi. Ideal for families , corporate groups and celebratory events. They are soon coming up with an a-la-carte dining area.
