Under the culinary aegis of expat Master Chef Rungtiwa from Bangkok, Sheraton Grand Whifield , Bengaluru is hosting a Dragon Food Festival at InAzia , their Asian restaurant.

Curated by Shishir Rai , chef for Chinese cuisine at one the best pan asian restaurant in whitefield , the menu is inspired from the land of dragons.

During my visit , we tried their exclusive signature dishes like Assorted Mushrooms Truffle Blast- melange of hon shimeji, enokitake and shitake mushrooms, Crab Butter Chilli- fried crab, celery, butter and garlic in a spicy paste, Traditional Moon Faan- steamed rice cooked with five spices and topped with sesame flavored soy sauce, Sichuan Style Wok Tossed Noodles- noodles served with a spicy chilli sauce.
