Daddy is finally here !!

Launched on the week of Father’s Day , on the 12th main of Indiranagar , the street known for its splendid culinary options in Bangalore, Daddy is venture of First Fiddle Restaurants. This group owned by Sukhija Duo of Lokesh and Priyank has impressive portfolio of F & B brands like Lord Of The Drinks, Plum By Bent Chair, The Flying Saucer Cafe, Dragonfly Experience among others across India.

Spread over two floors , and with splendid interiors, Daddy also has the unique distinction of having India’s first flipping bar on lower floor, a treat to watch while dining.

The menu here offers contemporary dishes with a innovative mix of flavours , inspired by the southern cuisine, curated by their executive Chef Sagar Bajaj ,to delight the taste buds. Some of my picks here include Achari Pork Spare Ribs braised to perfection, the Thai inspired Sriracha Tofu Bao , Dal Makhni Kulcha with a twist, Truffle Fungi and Pepperoni Pizzas.

The India’s first flipping bar is well complimented by one of the largest cocktail menu in Bangalore, curated with lot of details and inspiration by their ace mixologist, Raj ,who believes in perfection when it comes to creating drinks.
