B2H - Bring the joy of Biryani home -

In the era of Covid19 crisis, when there has been widespread Lockdown in the country and most of us have forced to live out of home space , the food has been solacing factor for me.

Though as a trained F & B professional from IHM Lucknow, access to good food has never been an issue for me as I love to cook at home. trying old and new recipes in the Kitchen. But, there were few dishes that I was missing badly while being stranded at home. And Hyderabadi Biryani was one of them.

Thankfully , there are few Biryani establishments that are open for home delivery. And when my friend Tuhin recommended me B2H , I decided to give it a try. Situated in HSR layout , they are Delivery only outlet with a menu , that also serves kebabs as starters apart from the biryanis.

My experience was quite satisfying as the texture of Mughalai Chicken Drumstick Biryani , we had ordered ,was good with lot of flavours in the meat and rice alike. The mirchi ka salan , a hyderabadi delicacy , accompanying it was pleasantly different from the salans I have usually tried with the biryanis here in Bangalore. The two starters , Lal mirch ka chicken kebab and the Reshmi chicken Kebab , too served my purpose.

Since this is a delivery only place , one can order through Zomato or other online delivery platforms.
