Restaurant Review : Cafe Thulp - Bellandur , Bangalore

We all love burgers , don’t we ? Cafe Thulp has been serving some of best burgers in the city for nearly a decade now.

In the words of Richard Branson , the US business tycoon & avid burger lover, “The true cost to the world of a burger is far greater than the money you hand over to buy it.”

Well ,I agree to it and I am sure most would too. Cafe Thulp has now 4 outlets in the city and since the Bellandur was closest to my place , we decided to visit them. The look and feel of this place is very animated and its menu reminds me of comic book.

My city’s pleasant and little chilly weather prompted me to order a hot soup , and we went ahead with the Singaporean Laksa soup as per the choice of my friend which was little too thin for us unlike our expectations.

It was followed by our chosen one , the Smokey Gun , our favourite burger made with 16 hour smoked pulled pork , tossed and mixed with the BBQ sauce and served with crispy good french fries and smothered with spicy chipotle mayo. Every bite of it was heavenly as the juicy burger filled our palate with a rich balance of pork and sauce.

Finally our unintentional three course meal ended up with Johny Appleseed , short crust caramelised cinnamon apple tart served with the vanilla ice cream. We wanted to have coffee too but sadly it wasn’t available.
