One of its flagship restaurant is The Bengaluru Brasserie , a brasserie that serves world cuisine in a relaxed french style setting. With a bar and garden with water body by the side , it is a perfect culinary destination with al fresco dining to enjoy Bangalore’s pleasant weather.

From small bites for less eaters to Lean on for healthy eaters , Burger and wraps to delicious dishes from native inspired ingredients , Asian affairs from south eastern cuisine to Indian country side and sweet bites for the sweet tooth, global affairs for international dishes to regional Indian food , small plates to hot bowl of soups , the menu has lot to offer. The bar menu has some very interesting drinks including signature & classic cocktails , mocktails and liquor for all moods.
What we tried :
From Starters , we had mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian options from the global cuisine.
My vegetarian counterpart , Swati from the Travellin Fork ,loved the pan asian affair of boiled water chestnut and garlic chives, dumplings, soy and Tossed tofu, mixed mushrooms and bamboo shoots.
We also enjoyed healthier options like the Millet wrap, cucumber, avocado, lime curd and fresh mint , Essential greens, garden leaves, avocado and alfalfa sprouts and some not so healthy options like Fried satays, spiced chicken, lamb, peanut sauce, acer and Chicken and coconut spring rolls, dried chilli sauce.
From the main course , we tried the regional Ragi dosa, duck and tomato chutney , mouth watering Smoked masala lamb chops, chilli and maze, tamarind curd , the Singaporean laksa, chicken, shrimps, rice noodles and herbal greens and Spicy mango curry, prawn, coconut and steamed rice
We wrapped up with the two delectable desserts , Rasmalai cheesecake, roasted almonds and raisins and the White chocolate and cardamom mousse, passion fruit coulis.
