Delight your tastebuds @ The Kabab Studio at Goldfinch, Bangalore -

I have always been on a Great Kabab hunt in Bangalore. And my quest recently led me to “The Kabab Studio – Goldfinch Hotel” , that serves live grill starters on table complimented by a lavish buffet spread.

We opted for the terrace seating with a view since the weather was on our side with cool breeze enhancing our dining experience.

The culinary journey started with some great chats from their menu served promptly by the staff that was prompt, alert and courteous to the diners.

We opted for few mocktails and drinks while the Kababs were being served on gueridon at our table. The choice seemed endless with array of vegetarian and non vegetarian Tikkas, kababs and grills were pampering our taste buds.

The flamboyant and foggy cocktails and mocktails are highly recommended for visual appealing affair.Do try some. Highly recommended.

Though we were enjoying our starters , we restrained our self since the main course buffet looked appetizingly inviting.

While browsing the buffet counters, I also exchanged pleasantries with the chef who was on his customary round interacting with guests.

The buffet as mentioned earlier looked extremely welcoming and we promptly filled out dinner plates with choicest of main course dishes. The preparation was unexpectedly to my expectations here. The truck full of variety of Indian breads served on the table was an added attraction.

Finally, it was time to end our sojourn with some mouth watering desserts. Since I was almost full , I was picky and chose angoori Jamun and chappan bhog over others.

This was indeed one of the memorable dining experiences I had in this part of Bangalore. And I hope to return soon to try food at other outlets of Melting Pot & Sanadige.
