With renowned Chef Sandeep Kumar at the helm of kitchen here at The Renaissance Bengaluru ,my culinary experience has always been exceptional. Known for his innovative culinary fest , I was recently invited to the delicious feast from the royal kitchens of Hyderabad. The curated menu was reminiscent of culinary richness of kitchens of erstwhile rulers of Hyderabad.

The royal flavours of the Deccan region are known for the use of rich spices in its food. Curated by their expert regional chefs from Hyderabad ,the lavish buffet here at Lush has delectable non-vegetarian and vegetarian signature dishes like Lukhmi, Hyderabadi Haleem, Biryani and much more.
